St. Patrick’s Day 2020 | An Irish Smolly Festival of Ireland’s culture in Grevena – Hellas
In Grevena a small town in northern Greece-Hellas we love Ireland and we celebrate Ireland’s primary patron, Saint Patrick! After five years of celebrating with musical evenings, this year St. Patrick’s Day will be framed with a large five-day long festival.
The participants will be initiated into Ireland’s seven cultural expressions. Traditional music, theatre, cinematography, literature, gastronomy, traditional dance seminars and speeches. It is noteworthy that, it may be the first time in Hellas-Greece, that organised such a large thematically festival upon the Irish Culture and Tradition.
This year we will create a festival’s production a theatre upon Samuel Beckett’s contemporary script.
We would like to thank Irish Embassy in Hellas, which hug for another one year our festival!
